We worked with Rob to upgrade my engagement ring to a larger stone to mark our 25th wedding anniversary. OPJ quickly sourced options that met our criteria on cut, clarity and color. Start to finish, the whole process took two weeks. We are very happy with the upgraded ring and were impressed by the personal service and attention to detail.

I am so happy I chose to check out Oak Park Jewelers. I had a couple of watches I needed to have resized. For one of them, I had a friend try to resize the bracelet for me, but he did it wrong. So I decided to go to the experts. I submitted a text to the website to see if this was a service they provided...and the response was quick and friendly. This made me decide to go here rather than one of the other jewelers I queried. When I got there, the bright, clean store was inviting. The staff was friendly. And since I was already bringing in one watch, I decided to have a second resized as well. The service I received was fast, friendly, and so professional. Now my two watch bracelets fit perfectly! Carlee was the best!!! I was running a bit behind and she was so patient and kind with me and my group. Made the experience one of the most memorable I could have asked for. It’s easy to feel you might be getting ripped off, or not as quality of a product at some chain jewelry stores. Oak Park Jewelers is a family owned business who have always been a part of the Oak Park community—they are in a league of their own. My wife and I looked around at many of your name brand jewelry shops and we were not very satisfied with the variety, price or customer service. We stop by Oak Park jewelers on a random Saturday and instantly knew this is where we wanted to buy our rings. Sam is one of the most friendly, down to earth, and transparent people you will meet. My wife was looking for a unique ring and he completely blew us out of the water with our custom designed ring that had a price we saw for some generic rings in many of the other name brand stores. When it came time to get our wedding bands it was not even a question where we would go. Sam helped us pick out my ring and a wedding band for my wife that complemented her gorgeous engagement ring. I thought I was done there, but a week before the wedding, I decided to make a necklace from the diamond of my wife’s late mother’s wedding ring. I was not certain it would be done in time, but I knew if anyone could do it, it would be Sam. Sam assured me that there would be no issue and that he could create a beautiful, simple setting from her mother’s ring. This seriously was one of the most precious moments of our whole wedding day when I gave my wife her mom‘s diamond to wear around her neck. Sam is the real deal and I would 10 out of 10 recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top-notch jeweler. Buying an engagement or wedding rings shouldn’t feel scary or like you’re working with a used car salesman. I lost my wedding band, so I went here to replace it. I was surprised by the number of customers in the store. Fortunately, they had ample people to help. The jewelry is made to order, and all the jewelry you see is display only. I picked my ring, got sized and placed my order. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.
